TECK Database is a searchable database with a comprehensive collection of telomeric patterns, telomere repeat sequences, centromere sequences and centromeric patterns present in the chromosomes. It also contains information about telomerase ribonucleoprotein complexes, Centromere-binding protein & Centromere DNA-binding protein complexes, and a collection of all Kinetochore-associated proteins including Inner, Outer & Central Kinetochore proteins.
