Active Motif
Finder (AMF) is a webserver for detecting active
motifs in DNA sequences.
This webserver predicts the motifs based on the number of mutations. The mutaions is
entered as a numerical ranging from 0,1,2,3.... .Based on the mutations entered the
server predicts the motifs in the sequences. AMF also has the capablities of
introducing the gaps between the sequences for finding the motifs. If no mutaions
entered ,then the exact pattern is searched in the sequence.
Input Sequence : User must enter the sequences in fasta format one after another(sample file).
No of Mutations : Mutation number varies from 0,1,2,.....
Input Motif : Motif to be entered.
